Mexico Soccer: Marco Fabian Gets First Blood In Europe

Marco Fabian had a positively promising Bundesliga debut, as Eintracht Frankfurt topped Wolfsburg 3-2 Sunday in the Commerzbank-Arena. The game nearly ended in a disappointing draw for both sides, but a last stitch push from the Mexican international supplied the assist that ultimately gave Frankfurt all three points. The match could have gone to either way, but in the end Fabian was the determining factor in a well fought match. At approximately the 90th minute of the match, Fabian alluded two Wolfsburg defenders down the wing, once with a cheeky ball through the legs, and again with a clever flick to once again evade another before unloading into the box were Alexander Meier was there to seal his hat-trick.

Fabian definitely has a strong future ahead of him in Europe, as he proved that he not only has the talent to succeed, but the depth to standout.

Many people complained that Fabian waited much too long to migrate to Europe. And that he didn’t have much to offer in the old continent, but on the contrary, Fabian is still only 26 years-old, and merits the opportunity to prove that he can make an impact in Europe.

Fabian has dazzled and amazed audiences in North America, with long range stunners, and bicycle kicks against European opposition, he ‘s won olympic gold and participated in 2014 edition of the Wold Cup. Hence, playing in Europe is just another opportunity to exhibit his depth and skills. Frankfurt would have been foolish to pass up on the opportunity to exploit Fabians tremendous abilities.
